Donegal social enterprise groups awarded almost €100,000

first_imgAlmost €100,000 is being paid out by the Government to support 28 social enterprises groups in Donegal. Minister Joe McHugh announced the funding on Friday granted under the Community Services Programme.Among the highest to benefit from the funding is Finn Valley AC and White Oaks Acorn Project Company, who will receive €8,800 and €7,700 respectfully. Minister McHugh said: “This funding of almost €100,000 will do wonders in helping to support community groups and organisations to provide local social, economic and environmental services.“Some 28 groups, which operate social enterprise, will benefit from this backing from Government under the Community Services programme.
